We use Stripe as our means to accept online payments when purchasing antiques. Stripe charge a fee to use this service and we also charge a platform fee.

If you are a paying member of sellingantiques.co.uk
All card transaction fees UK, EU, Worldwide are fixed at 5% (NOTE THIS EXCLUDES UK corporate and business cards).
For UK corporate and business cards the fee will be at 5.4% due to the new pricing band Stripe have now introduced for premium UK cards.

If you are solely a paying member of sellingantiquesLITe
All card transaction fees UK, EU, Worldwide are fixed at 10% (NOTE THIS EXCLUDES UK corporate and business cards).
For UK corporate and business cards the fee will be at 10.4% due to the new pricing band Stripe have now introduced for premium UK cards.

Refunds
Refunds , chargebacks , delivery responsibility will be born by the dealer and not sellingantiques or sellingantiquesLITe. When refunding -  the charge made by Stripe for facilitating the sale will not be refunded the sellingantiques platform fee will be refunded in every case. It is possible to not incur a refund fee from Stripe if you have activated the option Authorise and Capture.
